Sunset Boulevard was originally the Oscar award winning 1950 film directed by Billy Wilder. For those who are fans of the film or just looking for a great London theatre show, you are in luck because Sunset Boulevard is now a musical! The glamourous Sunset Boulevard theatre show has been adapted to musical works of famed composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, who has also created such musical works as the Phantom of the Opera.

The musical version of Sunset Boulevard is very similar to that of the original 1950 film. The story takes place in grand old Hollywood revolving around the has-been silent film star, Norma Desmond and the struggling screenwriter Joe Gillis. The story takes a great turn of events, when by chance, Joe Gillis turns into the driveway of 10086 Sunset Boulevard, the home of Norma Desmond. This accidental turn brings the two characacters to meet, an encounter that would change their lives forever.

Sunset Boulevard showcases the fantastic choreography of reknowned dancer, choreographer, and theatre director, Craig Revel Horwood. His new production of Sunset Boulevard has been so successful that it sold out the Watermill Theatre prior to its opening this past summer. Seat numbers

At this moment, we are unable to tell you your seat numbers when booking tickets. Anyway they are assigned by the theatre as soon as you book your tickets and will be the best available at the time of reservation. All seats booked in the same price group will be together in the theatre. However in the very remote event of this not being possible we will call you and give you the possibility of cancelling your reservation.
Tickets are allocated on a first come first serve basis with the best available seats being allocated first.

Ticket delivery

Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue's box office one hour before the performance. Please remember to bring along the voucher from your confirmation email.
